Yes. Self-serve in your account dashboard. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle so you don't lose paid-tier headroom you've already paid for.

No. All data is provider-, facility-, or population-level — none of it is PHI under HIPAA. We don't enter into Business Associate Agreements because the data we serve doesn't require one. Full disclosure at /legal/data-disclosure.
Federal public-domain sources (CMS, HHS OIG, HRSA, CDC, AHRQ, IRS, DOL, SEC, Census, Dartmouth): redistribute freely under each source's terms. Verzi-original layers (EIN registry, system hierarchy, attribution signals, accuracy benchmark, materialized views): not for bulk resale as a competing data product, but derived works and analyses built on top are fine. The legacy enterprise platforms operate on a sales-led model — six-figure annual contracts, dedicated account executives, custom procurement cycles. We operate self-serve. The data itself isn't ten times more expensive to acquire and maintain than what you'd pay them; their pricing reflects their go-to-market, not their cost basis. We pass the difference to you.
